When Is God Worthy of Praise?
In our relationship with God, it is easy to give Him praise when we think things are going well. However, when life takes a turn, it is often the case that our praise turns to questions. In this sermon from Philippians 1, we will see that God is worthy of praise even in our worst trials and situations. We just need to be able to look at His work in the chaos and refuse to be discouraged.

On this Memorial Day Weekend, as we reflect on the great sacrifices that men and women have made for freedom, it is important that we understand our responsibility as Christians to share with the world the ultimate freedom. That is the freedom found in Jesus Christ. In this sermon from Mark 4, we will discover why we should never grow weary in sharing the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

    ParablesofJesus-TheWeeds
For much of Jesus' ministry, He would often speak to the crowds using parables. His purpose was to not only reveal the truth to those that would believe but also to shield the truth from those that would distort its meaning. In this sermon, we take a look at the Parable of the Weeds and its meaning for today.

The Cross, the King, and the Call 031917am
When Jesus came into Jerusalem for the last time, He came in to the cries of, "Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord". However, just a few days later, the crowd would change their message to, "Crucify him!" Why? Because there were three types of people in the crowd that day: The Pharisees that rejected Him, the crowd that were looking for the prospect of profit, and the people that respected Him as Lord and Savior. The rejecters and the prospectors, when they Jesus turned out to be different than they expected, changed their message. But those who respected Jesus for who He truly was followed Him to the end. Find out which category you find yourself in.

Measuring Greatness in View of the Cross 031217AM
With Easter just a few Sundays away, we find that we are beginning to contemplate many things concerning our faith. One of the greatest things that we begin to contemplate is the cross. In this series, we are looking at the road Jesus took in the last few days before surrendering His life with a desire to view our own lives in the context of the cross. When life is understood in context of the cross, we find that everything changes.

Welcome to Camp Wilderness 031917 PM
It has been said that the nation of Israel was allowed to wonder in the wilderness, not for their salvation, but for their sanctification. The same could be said for us. We may find ourselves wandering through the wilderness because God is using the wilderness experience to shape us into the image of Jesus His Son. Instead of grumbling as Israel did, we can trust that God is bringing about growth in our spiritual lives.

Series: The Gospel
The cross is more than a message of sacrifice, but it is most importantly a message of victory. Through the cross, Jesus would open the door to the greatest source of hope and promise that we could ever find. It is hope that the world can't match. The more we take delight in the victory of the cross, the more we can live in victory in our own lives.
